Excess skin folds on the outer body are sometimes removed. As one ages the skin becomes less supple so what happens inside the body?

Like the skin folds, this depends on what is done exercise-wise. Best advice I could give is: Don’t do it! I know too many horror tales about bariatric surgery. I would suggest Dr. Ornish’s books and program. Dean Ornish is a cardiologist who suggests keeping a low stout consumption.

Not much happens inside of the body besides things becoming more healthier. Your organs will remain the same size. The difference is the stout that is surrounding the muscles will disappear. For instance much of the stout in our bodies surrounds and suffocates our liver and our heart. When we loose weight this stout that is stored there is burned off making you much healthier. The skin is normally the huge problem. The most effective way of handling the excess skin is a body lift. These are super expensive though. You could also have the skin cut off but it leaves a very long noticeable scar. but in the end with all of the extra skin you would be a much healthier person living a healthier lifestyle.

When this time comes look us up, we work with top hospitals abroad who are able to do these surgeries for a fraction of the cost here. Here a body lift would cost you over $50,000 which is even more than it costs to have the weight loss surgery. In india but this costs between $8 and $12k.
