    Check out the BBC low carb documentary. It’s the same thought in more depth.

    And aerobic exercise (walking, jogging, bicycling) helps regulate your appetite so you don’t want to eat a lot.

    I stumbled across your video looking at a better way to lose weight and i reckon u are really right. I eat alot of protein like chicken, and canned tuna especially after i work out. But i was wondering if im trying to lose weight (about 40 lbs) and still trying to build mass what kind of diet would u suggest. Thanks any info would be greatly appreciated. Ps like those tattos

    well, there’s nothing left to eat at that point! if you don’t like any food, then the best choice is real food…. so at least you’ll be healthy :)

    people do have time. time is just an excuse people use to validate their terrible habits. time management really means self management. it’s simple if you prepare, spend sunday plotting meals for the week. cook food in advance so there is food to eat during the week etc… yes, agree that simple, clean, food is best! really right on :)

    I place food in 2 category dead food and food that is alive. Really appreciates your efforts. But I reckon people doesn’t have time to cook or they are too bone idle to do that. The best don’t even cook just wash the broccoli and eat it. just clean carrot and eat it simple.

    thank you. yes, for the most part i really like the paleo diet. but, i would never just tell someone to eat that way w/o first doing a metabolic analysis. your diet depends on your individual autonomic nervous system. if you have a sympathetic dominate ANS then you NEED more carbs and grains will really balance your ANS, making you healthier etc… many modern advances have done hurt, but as a carb type a cooked grain would be healthy for you, depending on the grain, non gmo etc.

    Erin- Fantastic work. It’s elementary, and an immutable truth. How do you feel about the paleo theory of diet and nutrition?
    Also, to all you out there in YouTubeland who want to drop a few pounds……drink water! Lots! Our bodies’ signal for hunger and thirst are very similar, so we often eat when we’re just dehydrated. I’m tuning in to learn some more pilates moves. Thanks for sharing, Erin.
