Have a friend who is VERY much into fitness and particularly the thought of leanness. I say ” thought” because he never really gets THAT lean. Well, 3-4 drinks a few times per week = 10 drinks or about 1200 extra calories. Alcohol spikes insulin. On nights he has those few drinks, he consumes 2 bowls of healthy….
Still has calories.

thats how I did it… 3 small meals a day, water only, 3 power bars per day, 1 hour walk/run. lost 80 lbs over about 3 months

Alcohol is not low in calories. It has 7 calories per gram.
Something to consider regarding the drinking is that it’s not just the calories in the alcohol. Vodka has no carbs, it’s low calorie, but you’ll place on weight because you stop being careful about what you eat when you’re drunk. It’s a disinhibitor, that includes the inhibitions you have about eating fatty food. You want to eat a whole large pizza by yourself, if your drunk you will.

I WANT TO TELL EVERYONE THSI DOES not happen just in a second.. you have to learn to have a positive mind sett and inspiration.
IT MUS TBE A NATURAL change not a forced one so bare with yourself on this and have the goal to do it even when ou fail that , so you know it is supposed to be failures and your supposed to rais up again and fail and so it will make you know giving up is not even a choice.
what if u wake up at say 12 in the arvo and then u eat about 10 minutes later does that still count for breakfast please comment back thanks

start by walking daily.
You can start with an interval training (which is fantastic for burning stout btw). Jog for 20 sec quick and then walk for a while and repeat this sequence a few times. This will gradually build up your strenght.
I can’t see myself losing weight jogging, i can barely jog for a whole block right now lol.
I reckon i do really well with all the steps but the last one throws me off… i do ALOT of late night snacking
Hey, what would you suggest as a substitute to heavy drinks like beer? would fruit ciders be a better alternative?

lots of the info u give i alrdy kinda knew coz i had a kewl gym teacher at school and i come from a place where home cooked meals and daily activities are pretty vital,, anyway its excellent to see some real info on the web about losing weight and getting in shape coz theres tons of incorrect information out there,, keep up the work and like my body !!111
