      excellent video but you do need protien and milk to help grow bones it just better to drink skim milk or soy milk more vitams and healthy for you chicken has not nutrinal value at all but some reds meats or ok in moderation

      Brilliant vid. From memory, Dr Richard Mackerness did two books Chemical Victims and Not All In the Mind. In one of them he spoke about stout mince beef, which got an alergic reaction that lean beef did not from a lady who ate it. It was subtances in the stout causing the issues.
