We should have those small pincher things instead of scales to measure stout instead of weight in our bathrooms (forgot what they are called)
But…I like my scale. It doesn’t deserve to be chucked off a five tale building
I only weigh myself every week though..Not every day.

fantastic advice, i dont use a scale..i focus on losing and when i am losing ill be able to feel the difference, thats what i rely on, how i feel
Fantastic Video, man. I should show this video (along with several others, lol) to a friend of mine who wants to lose weight. Stepping on the scale everyday causes them to eat even less, and at the end of the day, they end up eating even more then they expected.
So confusing for some , yet health and wellness isn’t as hard as a lot of people reckon.

amen! scales suck.
It doesn’t help when a medical professional tells you that you should weigh yourself everyday. I went out and bought one just so I could follow his advice. He’d said I needed to stay under 150. And what happened? I weighed myself everyday for a few weeks and now hardly ever. Such a waste of my money……… I’ve found that I really don’t care how much I weigh. I only care about how I look and feel. Astonishing!
lol, I’ve binged before and gained 9 pounds in 1 day… so yeah. i know weighting myself isn’t a progress report. It’s more of a curiosity for me and if I’m 4 pounds heavier the next day, i just go hmmm, fascinating and go on with my day.. since my goal isn’t to loss weight (even though i need it), it is to have a more functional body! yuppers!
I like my scale honestly, it reminds me that i might be dehydrated. and about weekly it tells me a new number I’ve not seen since middle school. =^-^=
lol i’ve been like that, i just weigh’d my self everyday like 3 times a day, i dont know why, i was intending on putting on weight though, and i’d allways look at it and it was up and down, it does end up pissing you off, i weigh my self every month now and cut a couple of lbs of, i get a excellent thought of my muscle gains that way.

yes i am sure that muscle is DENSER (not heavier) than stout. If you dont know the difference between weight, volume and density than what I said in my first post is something hard to comprehend. Well, the only thing i was exaggerating is that it is 3 times denser… its about 22% percent denser

Disagree. Weigh yourself as often as possible. Atleast once a day, with the same controlled variables (naked, before eating, after a bowl movement) and since your weight fluctuates even without these variables make sure to average it weekly or atleast look at the overall weekly trend. I do agree that your daily weight isn’t vital. What is vital is the trend your body is going through.
