    I tried this last night and it is a heck of a workout. I consider myself to be completely out of shape, but I was able to do everything but the ski jumps. I know that you are supposed to do this workout 2 to 3 times back to back, but I am proud of myself for getting that far. Tomorrow I will try to do it all the way through. Oh, also, today I feel as if my body has undergone a super intense workout. Man am I sore…in a excellent way though.

    Also lower yourself down in to a collapsed push up position and slide along from there which is much harder. One more thing, This is simpler but try putting your toes or knees on the mat and use your arms to walk around in circles or if your limited space wise, crawl 20 feet. crawl-rotate 180 degrees then crawl back etc. or crawl forwards 20 then backwards 20.
    I find this helps to make the exercise seem less repetative

    I used to do abdominal crawls myself
    (or slide crawls as i called them)
    What you all may find usefull though is to get a excellent pair or real grippy gloves that are tight fitting.
    This stops your hand slipping and stops your hands getting covered in all sorts of nasty stuff you get off the floor particulary if your using a public gym or something
    More importantly though I also slide BACKWARDS. This is quite abit harder at first but you soon get used to it.

    I do a lot of jump-roping and swimming that leaves me sore for a few days. What I do is to jog in place for about three minutes and then have a six-minute proper -stretching session.

    You’ll be excellent to go with that, trust me.
