Do you have a weight loss secret??What is the fastest safe way to drop lbs??
I was always very thin and have gained weight since my father passed away. I have tried ww and other things nothing seems to work. I am about 50 lbs overweight. I have to get rid of this weight as my self esteem is so low right now and I have been so depressed. If anyone has any advise or secrets please share. Thanks!

      Hey, I have a question….
      I don’t own a bench press or any type of equipment, but I work out by doing push ups and I do different excersizes with dumbells. How well will that work with whey?

    4. Weight watchers works. Just go on a jog every day. Don't eat ice-cream and fatty stuff. It's pretty obvious.

      You shouldn't take any pills for weight loss. To lose weight, participate in physical activities for most or all days of the week 1 hour a day. It doesn't have to be all at once. You can just excercise 20 minutes after each meal. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Whole grain products are excellent too. Low stout or non stout milk and dairy products, lean meats, poultry, fish, and beans for protein, have reasonably sized parts, drink lots of water, limit sugar sweetened beverages, and limit saturated fats. Drink green tea for antioxidants.
