Thanks for the book recommendations. This was a very excellent and informative video, thanks. I didn’t know that they were starting to make soda’s with stevia, I knew they did with splenda.
That’s clever, having the hubby hide them. That’s a perfect example of sugar sensitivity- he can have sweets around and delight in some in moderation, while I – and possibly you- can’t….fascinating! Thanks for the encouragement.
lol Vickie ~ I do the same thing…I question my hubby to hide his candy…he will eat it when I’m out of the house or while I’m working out or focused on YouTube or sometimes if I go to bed before him. He’s very sweet for being so supportive and considerate.
wow super informative! I’d like to look further into the whole thing as my bodys reacting differently towards sugary foods and processed foods to the point where i will get all day long headaches. Thanks for this video, im certainly going to look into those books :0)
Welcome Jades!!! So glad you have joined TWLD! Thanks for the brilliant video! From your into until your goodbye I was very interested in getting to know you and how sugar affects you. You and I have so many similarities as far as reaction to sweets of all kinds. I agree with consuming my sweets away from home but I have also had my husband hide them so he is not deprived. Thanks for sharing!
I’ve heard of the book Potatoes not Prozac but I haven’t read it. Syndrome X was mentioned twice now on the Diaries vids…I’ll have to check out both of them! I’m still learning about how to make my new lifestyle more and more livable. Fantastic vid hun!!
